Proof of funds in form of property during landing are acceptable?

I have agriculture land (24000 USD) and 3 bed villa (15000 USD payment recipts ) and Car(10000 USD) and jewllary(8000 USD ) and 9000 CAD cash in hand .

I think these funds are enough as proof of funds during landing with six family members.

I think selling property in hast just to show liquid money ( cash or draft,traveller cheques) is utter non sense .

No liquid funds only, No houses, no land, no jewelry no cars, read the instructions UNENCUMBERED funds. It is you can live for the first 6 months, you can eat land and jewelry. You may think it nonsense, but the government doesn't want to support you if you don't have the funds.

Yes She can but be aware you need to show proof of funds in Canadian dollars ONLY while landing in Canada

I have heard people say they showed bank statements while landing and they told the immigration officer that the money will be tranfered as soon as they open a canadian bank account.

Yes , then we can say Bank statement is in catagory of UNENCUMBERED funds .
