Proof of funds for CEC

In the Express Entry profile, I mentioned the minimum sum for me for the funds to bring to Canada. Since I was invited to apply under CEC, can I put 0 in now? If so, do I have to mention it in my explanation letter?

You can change the amount to 0 and upload an LOE stating you were invited under CEC
