I need to submit to consulate the proof of funds as they sent me documents for this. I don't have enough money with my account. My Dad is willing to gift me the specified amount as Gift, that I would have the proper rights to use the funds for my own purpose. with regards to this my dad also interested in transfering the money to my bank account.
Also I am thinking to get Affidavit from Notary Public / Advocate from dad saying that he is giving me the required funds as gift and that amount is available in my account.
Is this would be sufficient or any other proof of source for the money to be disclosed ?
Your advise at this time for me would be appreciated.
