Proof of English

my wife is applying for citizenship. She has MCA degree from punjab india. But after 12 th she never had english as subject. She scored 86 out of 100 in 12th english.

Her master degree certificate is written in English.And she studied all books of all subjects of degree in english. Nothing was in punjabi.
Will it work as proof if english?
Do we need to evaluate it from somewhere?

Or She needs to write ielts?

Ielts will be required, do you have a copy of an old ielts (even if it expired) if which she may have given previously ?

If she has not written ielts previously you could get a letter from the college or university stating that the medium of instruction is english .
