Program and Category Suggestion - Form IMM0008ENU

I am here at Canada (Toronto) since 2 years. Basically I am from India and I'm a software professional.
I need your advise, in the Form (IMM0008ENU) what should I put in "Program under which you are applying"?
And also please suggest me with the apt "Category" to be filled in??

1. Assume you are applying for FSW it is Economic if you are applying as a skilled worker.
2. When you select Economic then you look in the Category box and select the program.
3. You really should tell people what you are applying for, saves a lot of guesses. Checking your previous posts, it would be CEC, but you aren't eligible yet. Unless you have an AEO.

how come you are telling that I am not eligible? Can you clarify please?

In another 2 months I'll have 2 years of work experience in Canada. I thought of applying under Economic program (category - Canadian Experience Class). I will submit the appln only after 2 months, in the meantime I am just gathering info.
