Processing times?

The immigration minister was saying processing will return to 6 months standard time for EE but everything under EE here is 12+ months: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html

CEC - 13 months
FSW - 26 months
FST - 47 months
PNP EE - 18 months
PNP non EE - 26 months
