Processing Time for CSQ submitted in Hong Kong

Anyone who submitted their application for DCS in Hong Kong? I am from the Philippines and we just submitted ours last 21 Oct 2009. BIQ Hong Kong received it 22 Oct 2009. Kindly share your time lines pls..Goodluck to all of us..
