Processing time after successful ADR new delhi

Hi everyone

My husbands application for PR was refused in aug 2009 and I won the ADR in June 2010 ... We haven't really heard anything after they received the medical results in early november and I was wondering if anyone else is going through this as well. Anyone know processing times or anything else that can help me and my husband sleep better at night ... It's getting to the point where I want to leave everything here and go there.

u mean that u won ur adr in june 2010 an heard nothing since november 2010 are u sure its not 2011?

OMG! I was half asleep typing that! Sorry sorry ... We were rufused based on marriage not genuine ..

Applied for my husband in MAY 2010
refused .... Aug 2010
Got refusal letter in oct 2010
Appealed next day in oct 2010
ADR date June 2011
Received approval letter July 2011
Started reprocessing aug 2 2011
Medicals received nov 2011
... Nothing since then.

"hey can u please tell us why were u refused and what happened at the ADR HOW LONG U HAD TO WAIT WHAT DOCUMENTS U SUMMIT...WHAT THEY ASKED U AT THE ADR HOW LONG IT TOOK..PLS CAUSE IM ALSO IN THE APPEAL PROCESS"

Refused because the VO thought she marriage was not genuine ... I hired a actual lawyer.. Money wasn't s issue all I want is my husband with me .. They did everything for me like getting the date so I wouldnt have to worry about it ... I had to wait for the capis notes then get a ADR date which is why it took 8 months from the start of the appeal ... The documents we're any new updates from the old stuff photos from Diwali and my first karva chauth .. Which I spent in india with him ... Bills emails .. We also had affidaltives made from 2 close family members.. I had a good lawyer and we prepared for it like she asked me questions that she thinks they would ask me ... Same ones basically the VO asked but you had time to explain anything that didn't make sense .. How we met? do I know why we were refused? What do you like about him? Vice versa? What's his fav Indian dish? The stuff we did together what his plans are when he gets out here ..

I'm just sitting around playing the waiting game now ...
