My Parents have applied for Visitor visa through GCKey account and got their biometrics done on 21st Jan in chandigarh. I had following questions
1) For My father, the status now shows "submitted" with biometric details uploaded. However, for my Mother, it still shows "Action Required" as status but if i open the application further the biometrics are updated. Any idea do I need to reach out to VFS/IRCC on this or will this auto-heal?
2) In VFS, someone asked my parents about premium services which they denied. The person was suggesting its for speedy delivery of passport but in the whole biometrics process passport is never submitted correct?
3) In the process ahead, now we just need to wait for the approval of visa and only after that the Passport needs to be submitted correct? Its just wait and watch time for now?
