|| Problem with Birth Certificate || URGENT REQUEST PLEASE HELP ||

Dear All,

I need urgent help .

Actually My all documents are ready to send the application under noc 2281 but unfortunately @ very last moment I come to know in my birth certificate spelling of my mother and father are wrong along with surname.

I checked with govt agencies to get this fixed ASAP , however they said it will take 25 days .


So please advise me what Can I do @ this stage as in my NOC code already 250 applications are in place already.


Please help me urgently.

do u have secondary school passing certificate and secondary school leaving certificate (class 10th).

That should have your date of birth and your fathers name or mothers name or both.....check the spelling on that

If that is correct you can use that as your proof of birth. U might have to include covering letter.

I am not an expert in this filed so I suggest u ask for some advise from experienced people.

I do not have a birth certificate, so I will just send copy of my secondary school passing certificate along with affidavit of my d.o.b and place of birth and covering letter.

I think that should be accepted

hi,

same issue was with my birth certificate.it took more than a month.just today received my birth certificate with corrections.
Atleast u can try for an Non availability certificate.it will be issued in 7 days.Other thing like our other forum member said
u can use the SSC certificate and write a note.I am not sure if they will accept it.
by the way I am applying under 2171 - 311 already filled and haven't sent docs so far.by this week end or so will try to send.
seniors members correct me if I am wrong. thanks.
