To ALL EXPERIENCE PEOPLE, PLEASE HELP:
My express entry application has been approved, however i delivered a baby girl month ago , so in order to add her to my application, i have been asked to upload some documents of baby like passport, medicals etc and two forms namely: IMM08 generic form and imm5406 form.
I uploaded all , however while submitting them when i press next, i see declaration and electronic signature page, now issue occurs here, when i fill the given name and last name and press sign, i get the following message:
'OUR ONLINE SERVICES ARE UNAVAILABLE'.
i have seen various threads and i know this is not the issue of online service not available.
Could you please let me know what could be wrong here.
I don't have last name in my passport, so as per cic guidelines, i have been putting " Not applicable at "GIVEN NAME" and my name at " LAST NAME".
this is how i have been signing my express entry application,
I dont understand what could be the issue.
