Once you are in PEI, I wanted to ask what the next steps are. What should I be working on moving forward? Do all immigrants have to sit down with an immigration officer in the province they will be staying? Am I obligated to stay in PEI forever?? I have been applying to jobs here in Charlottetown since last year and have not been lucky finding one. Say I don't find a job within 3 months, am I obligated to stay here?

Let's say PEI nominate you to come to canada under PNP, you are required to settle there for minimum 2 yrs but if u move before then, it's a good idea to contact the immigration authorities why you are trying to move to get approval, you don't want them to say that u misrepresented and used them only to come to canada. But if u give 2 yrs to PEI, it's less problem when trying to move

I do have a question for PEI? If a person sends the EOI and they respond with interest. ...do we STILL need a job offer to apply from Prince Edward Island even though they are the ones who sent interest for nomination? ?????...

Hi ... My NOC is 2281 ... I sent EOI to PEI 6 months ago but no response except that auto acknowledgement ... My query is like Staying 2 years in an island would be difficult for an IT professional like me .. are there numberous prospects for them ? I read somewhere this province has less career opportunities for settlement ...

Yeah PEI is a tiny province and seems more like a quaint tourist destination than a hub for IT jobs. I am wondering the same, which is why I'm not sure what to put regarding why I would like to live on PEI. @ShailenderAmar since you already applied, what did you put in the section where they ask why you want to settle on PEI?

Better increase your crs or wait/apply for other province.

YOU MAY SEND EOI TO PEI....BUT THEY REPLY VERY RARELY
