To All, Please Just Something

I want to know all those who have made Updation & till date (More
than 3 1/2 years have passed on), whether CIC New Delhi may have
checked the files in details.

as i have Updated Documents in late 2008 allocated marks to each
section. i also recieved Ontario Pilot Backlog Project Invitation &
forwarded all my documents to them but till date i have not got any
invitation from them.

So can you please throw some light with your background knowledge as
what is the outcome of all those who have updated in 2008 from New
Delhi.

In next hearing what will be the output whether it will be class
action or lead management case. what can you predict from all these
about the future of litigation.

I need your friendly advice. Following is my case history.
NOC: 2121- VO: LVO- Pakistani resident
Application rcvd: 05october, 2011
PER received: 03 Jan, 2012
ECAS status: in process since 3 Jan, 2012 (we have received your application on 5th October, 2012)
GCMS notes applied on 30June, 2012 (I had applied because there were no update since Jan2012)

GCMS summary (CO is satisfied with my scores, qualification, IELTS, job duties and everything but he is not satisfied with my salary slips & proof of funds (bank statement showing 2 million PKR).

I have received following reply (12July, 2012) on my CSE.
”In response to your enquiry, please be advised that your application is awaiting scheduling for an interview. We will be in contact with further information once a date and time for the interview have been scheduled””

Kindly advice what should i do because there is no response since 12th July, 2012?

1. Should I continue watch & wait?
2. Should I ask them to expedite my interview scheduling?
3. Any other recommendation?

Dear all of my friends,
Just compliting my INTERVIEW, I am writing.
My scheduled time was 1:30, but started 1:40, stay upto 2:15 pm.
They were doubting about my 2nd services, which was I did not mension. In viva, while I brief my 2nd job and why I had not mension that in application, I described, the lady was very satisfied and told, you will get medical request with in 4weeks.
Friends, pray for me.
My suggession to all who are facing INTERVIEW, pl. not hide any thing. Describe satisfactory, if anything hidden. MY interviewer advised me, to be truthfull to be citizen of Canada. A candidate, whom I met in intertview waiting room, he hiden himself for a period. For doubting, he was called two times in INTERVIEW with 1.8yrs interval.

Hi,

Everything will be alright. I would say wait for some time. They get annoyed if you email them repeatedly. Anyways, whenever you get a call for interview, be prepared to prove that you have sufficient funds and the funds are yours. Regarding salary slips, if they are genuine, there should not be any problem. Keep in mind, tell the truth only (be firm on what you have said in the application if you can prove it).

Your and mine case is almost similar. After a waiting of 1 yr 9 month, I found call. Just after 6 months, I mailed. They replied for wait.May your case will run fast. Best of luck

hello friends,
i am new in this forum can u please help me out , i am hotelier having three years diploma in hotel management ,
having almost 6 years experience in food and beverage services ,after refusal from usa i applied to england for tier 5 govt authorized exchange visa ,which was granted and i went ther for one and half year ,i went there 19 th may 2010 and came back nov 2011 ,

at there i applied for canada temporary work permit
i applied it july 2011

they refused my visa and give me letter that i will never come back after my contract
1.my immigration status
2.my travel history
3.my family ties in canada and my residence country
4.limited employement prospectus in your home country


couuld you please guide me either i can reapply or not as i am already in india after finished my visa from uk


plz suggest me ...ur views will be huge for me
