My 2nd AOR is in July-2010, and my status is In Process with RBVO since 1-Nov-2011. Hoping to get In Process date in Feb-12.

My 2nd AOR is in July 2010 as well but under 4131, so will the VO process cases by NOC or is it on full documents submitted date irrespective of NOC?

I have received 29 pages CAPIS NOTEs, with nothing into it. just they kept open and updated my file that many times. However, they haven't started eligibility nothing else.

I received 2nd AOR on 17/01/2011 from new delhi
Since then my e-status is just received by visa office.
What is your e-status now and how much time visa office take to reply your CAIPS NOTE?

Action Plan for Faster Immigration: Ministerial Instructions
How the ministerial instructions fit within the Action Plan for Faster Immigration
The Action Plan for Faster Immigration includes instructions outlining a set of eligibility criteria that apply to all new federal skilled worker applications received on or after February 27, 2008. All applications made before February 27, 2008, will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

According to the instructions, applications are eligible for processing if they:

•include an offer of arranged employment, or
•are from a foreign national living legally in Canada for one year as a temporary foreign worker or international student; or
•are from a skilled worker who has at least one year of experience under one or more of the 38 occupations listed at cic.gc.ca/eligible.
The occupations fall under high-demand areas such as health, skilled trades, finance and resource extraction.

3)FAKE AEO.

WWIC-S MAKE FOOLS INOCENT PEOPLE TO EARN MONEY. EVEN THEY NOW FEW MONTHS BEFORE THAT THEIR IS BULK REJECTIONS.
THEY MAKE FOOL PEOPLE AND ASK THEM FILE CASE AGANIST CIC AND CHARGE 700$ DOLLORS.I ALREADY PUBLISH THIS THING IN MY PERIVOUS POST.
