Hi everyone,
I have some questions regarding the PR application. Here is my story:
I got my CSQ last year and now waiting for my PR in my hometown. The thing is I recently found that I'm pregnant, do I need to inform CIC? I'm not married yet because our plan was to get married after I landed. Can someone explain If it affect my application? And can I give birth in Canada?

Thank you!!

Under what program are you immigrating? I assume spouse, so I hope you qualify as a common-law partner.

Have you done medicals yet?

If you haven't done medicals yet, you do need to inform IRCC, as it may postpone your medicals (x-rays are required).

If you land in Canada before you give birth, you need to check your eligibility for medical insurance, as the cost of delivering a child is very high.
