So far I can predict, if your psdec is 1 it may appear your ecas again.

Dear HORNBILL,

My PSEDED was 1 and SELDED was 0 as per ciaps not I got in Oct 2012. the reason was that they have not calculated my IELETS test result.because I sent that a few days after the deadline and cleared this issue by a cover letter on that time in May 2011. they acknowledged the recite of IELTS test result.

Let's see what happens and keep our fingers crossed.

I can't access my ecas either. It says unable to identify using the information provided. Been like this for few weeks now.
