PR still in process (shows 100% complete) , Got Married recently....

I just got married a week ago and my spouse is a Canadian citizen ( my own PR file based on PNP - International student stream is in process , shows 100% complete online but awaiting security to be completed )

We re still awaiting our marriage certificate ( takes 6-8 weeks to process in Ontario ). I wanted to ask when I need to update IRCC about my status change? and will my husband need to go through medicals, police clearance etc. ?

Hi! I also got married last month and my spouse is also a Canadian Citizen. I applied through SINP, international student stream as well. I have a consultant and she has submitted our marriage cert and the passport of my spouse, and until now there is no update.
Let’s update each other since we have the same path and concerns.
