Made my landing in June 2008 and exited. 2009 my family started staying. For the first year i.e. 2008, tax form i filled as foreign income but 2009 and 2010 i have filed with zero income as i do not work in Canada. From the comments i have been reading on this site, it seems i am required to fill as foreign income. My daughter is in the university and when applying for OSAP there also we delcared as zero income for parents. Can someone tell me what would be the impact of this. whats the advise for this year filing april 2011. Am a bit worried at the moment.
