PR Secondary Review

Hi All

Anybody can help please...

PR given for renewal but it's secondary review and urgently visiting USA...what's best option ?

As per forum somebody advising for using Landing document while somebody for PRTD, I hv US visa, May I visit by own car and while return what documents to be shown to enter Canada...

If you drive by own vehicle then COPR is sufficient. By air or bus, you need PRTD.

Yes landing paper is COPR. Do you have visa exempt passport?

Just one quick question-cum-confusion....

Do you think that any officer on the Canada Border can stop us to enter with Landing Documents /COPR.....because family/Job everything here and by circumstance visiting US for few days...no alternative...is there any chance that they can tell us to get PRTD for re-entry....

Is there any information on the CIC website that we can show them ?

An officer cannot stop you from entering. It is your right as a PR to be able to enter Canada. But if they have some suspicion that you do not meet your RO, they can flag you to CIC for investigation after they let you enter.

You might want to bring some proof that you have applied for PR card renewal. With that and your COPR, you should not have any problems.

PR Renewal given in April 2015, received email for color copy of passport/entry-exit record, sent all docs requested.........so secondary review and TODAY received email for new specification photograph....what it means ? anybody can advise please...whether we can consider that this STRANGERS are working on secondary review files or sleeping on files.....and snatching sleep of so many innocent people...

Very simple CIC is the best organization to torture innocent client they don't care conservatives or liberles because they have excuse of quality check ?

God knows when governments will evaluate CIC performance believe me 100 % staff of CIC need to change their attitude.

It's not SYSTEM....misuse of system by CIC employees....still don't know what they are doing this days...
