PR revoked now applying for student visa..urgent ..please help !

Hi

I got my PR revoked in july 2014 because i did not meet the residency obligation.
for getting my residency assessment i applied for a travel document. the travel
document was refused and my pr was revoked by a letter issued to me.


Nw i want to go to canada on a student permit. In the student permit forms

1. have u ever been refuses a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave canada?
should the answer to this question be yes since the travel document was refused to me

2. have u previously applied to enter and remain in canada?
should the answer to this question be yes since i applied for a travel document

IMO you should answer yes to both but you should also write a letter explaining your situation. 2. should also be yes because at some point, you applied for PR.
