PR Reneal extreme delay now

We submitted our PR renewal beginning of August 2014. Application status still showing nothing till now.
Processing time keep increasing from week to week ! Now it's 177 days.
Anyone is experiencing similar situation ? Anyone knows the reason why it;s taking so long ?
