Your advice and guidance is highly appreciated..
My family is waiting for PR in Canada and i'm in my home country. Is there any way allowing us to accelerate the processing time to get the PR and go through another process for landing visa for me? Can we go through H&C to make me reunite with my family a little faster?
P.S:
- My family (wife and two kids) got their legal protection status in Oct 2017 after one year entering Canada.
- Our second child was born in Canada.
- I have a threat on my life in my home country. I should leave the country ASAP. Can i take advantage of that? how?
