I came to Canada on Intra Company transfer in 2019 and my TRV was valid till Jan 2021. I recently got a new Positive LMIA and a work permit valid till 2022. Having said that, my passport has stamping as per the old validity (2021) and I didn't apply for a new TRV as my PR is also in Process under CEC and thought if until then PR comes then everything will be sorted! But due to Pandemic the PR application is slowed down and it showing the estimated time as Jan 2021.
So my question is, do I have to apply for TRV as per my new Work Permit which is valid till 2022, or I can manage as my PR is in the process?
