She switched from a closed work permit into a open work permit for vulnerable due to abuse from the employer. This OWP for vulnerable is going to expired in 2 months. My understanding is she does not qualify for a "Bridging open work permit for permanent residence applicants". To the best of my knowledge she does not qualify for a BOWP. Unfortunately the VOP cannot be extended. Is her employer willing to get an approved LMIA?
