So i was granted a convention refugee status and i want to apply for PR
I finished my application
I have received the decision by email and the explanation
Can i attach these in my application
Or i have to wait until i get the hard copy by mail to apply?

You will have to wait until you receive one stamped. However if the one you received on email is stamped, you can print and use it for PR application
