I think they might have send me P1 too early, they have not finalized the decision on IRCC account nor my eligibility shows started on tracker, its over 1 month of replying back to P1 on 18th March. So I guess your P1 was sent after decision was made for you?
Got my P1 april3, still waiting for p2.
Copr details in tracker on april 4 and everything is completed.
