Our PR cards are not issued becuase of photo issue and currently we are in US and my friend in Canada received two brown letters (one for me, my son and daughtert) and other for my wife. The both letters are saying that, photo is not as per PR specification and asking to send again. They have enclosed return envelop and COPR letters and asking attach in the return mail.
We are in US and how shoule we send to Canada. The address is something like "PR Card- Photo, Blah Blah, Sydney, NS" ?
What should I enclude in the return mail along with photo.
I am planning like for each of us:
1. Two photographs
2. Write the date on the back of photo in DD/MM/YYYY format
3. Put into small envelop and write out side of envelop, Name and Client ID
4. Copy of COPR
5. A cover letter
