If you have a PR visa, you can land at any port of entry in Canada. You must show your passport and the COPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence - when arriving at the port of entry. The process for your PR Card will be bone by the BSO, automatically and you don't need to make any special request for that. It is a part of the landing formality. Also you don't have to pay any fee for that and no need to show any proof of funds as required for the Federal Skilled Worker immigrants.

Your PR Card will arrive at the given address approximately within 2 months.
