Hello:
I have sent in my PR Card renewal paperwork back in Sept. 01, 2014 and a week and half ago, went to see the Status and only my full name came up. I used my receipt # to gain access.
Now for the past week, I try to see my status, and it tells me that they have no record of me. They did before because my first name came up, ( I only submitted my last name).
I contacted the CIC and they stated that I need to send my inquiry to their Tech Dept. which makes no sense, I also emailed an inquiry and was told I will get a reply in 35 days.
Is this unusual? Is there anyway to talk to a person who can actually help someone, if so, what's the number?
