PR card renewal taking forever..

Hi, i sent an application for my PR card renewal in Mid May of this year and i haven't recieved any info ever since, what should i do?

Have you tried logging into ECAS to see if there is anything?

Yes i have, it says that the application may have been received but no yet processed

That does seem a little long for a PR card renewal. Maybe a good time to call?

I was on the phone with them today. Apparently they are currently reviewing applications from Aug 14th. You should give them a call.
