PR card not received

Hi,

I completed my landing formalities on May 26th at Port Huron. Its almost 45 days and The PR card had not been received by my friend at Calgary. The SIN card came in 10 days.
I am currently in the US. What are my options?

I think they take between 1 to 2 months to issue and send the PR card.

Did you already received your PR card? Can you already apply for new SIN without the PR card yet?

I am yet to receive the PR card.

I could apply with the SIN card without the PR card but needed the landing papers.
