Hello all,
My PR Card was lost (i never received it) i contacted CIC and they told me that it was sent out on March 6th and it never returned to them. They made a note on my file that it was lost and asked me to send a new app. for replacement. I asked her if i had to send new photos and she said no "Just fill out the form and do not forget to fill in the section F of the application and send it in" Her exact words! I asked her to email me the form which she did. eoc.
When i got the email from her i found two forms there that i need to fill out and send in IMM 5444 and IMM 5455 both forms state that i need all these copies and documents to send and on the top of that 2 pictues when she said i dont need them. I also have to pay the app. fee which is not a problem.
Did anyone have this issue and what do i do? What forms should i fill out and send in? I saw few other forms on CIC that i can also use for the same purpose, they have no fees and could be faxed to them.
