PR card hasn't arrived yet

Hi everyone,

I'd like to ask a question to the forum:

I landed on June 21st at Rainbow Bridge, and as of today, I haven't received my PR card yet.

Is this still a reasonable amount of time? I am a bit worried that this might be too long! Anyone can share their experiences?

Where should I Inquiry about this?

Don't be worried. There are people who landed in March 2014 who have still not received there cards. The whole system is a bit haphazard. Different people receive in different times. You can call the Call Centre (keep your information ready) and check the status with them. If your address or anything is missing, they will tell you. Look around on this site and you will see a lot of distress stories on this issue

I landed on June 24th and I haven't received my card yet either. I was told it should arrive August 2nd (6 weeks)... Yeah.
