I am sanjeet and applied for Permanent Residency on July 11th 2016. It's Jan 11th 2017. Still not got any correspondence. Can any tell me how long does it take?

I got SINP nomination back in September 2016 & I put up my file on 11th November. But I got refusal due to lack of 1 document. After that I created new EE profile and my nomination is transferred on that profile by Saskatchewan. I got ITA on 16th December Draw (I am not sure about exact date as my consultant is handling my case) but I haven't applied yet.

I just wanna that as I am an Indian National, does my file go to NDVO by default or they can also assign my file to other VO ??? and also wanna that in all cases NDVO takes around 6 Months for processing or do they process files in 2-3 Months in some cases ???

There are high chances that your application will be transferred to NDVO. But no one can be 100% sure as IRCC makes rules.
80% of all the applications filed in a year are processed within in 6 months, but in some cases it could be in 2 months and in some cases it could more than an year.
As each profile is different, depending upon the country you live in or visited, medical history, security or criminality checks.
Processing times are very relative.

Will All PR applicants (including FSW) from India be processed by NDVO only? I am thinking they may be really overloaded considering Indians are probably the highest in the lot among other nationalities. Thoughts??

With so many ITA issued in Dec and Jan, every VO will be very busy. Expect more delay than normal.
Top immigrant nationalities are Indian, Chinese, and Filipino. So expect the unexpected this year.

It more than 1 year since I got AOR and my application is still in progress. I raised a CSE to NDVO last month regarding my status updated they only told me that my application is in review nothing more. Can I change my current organisation at this time? Will this effect the process time or create any kind of hiccup in the process?
Please help me out in getting out this dilemma.

Yes, you can change your company now. This will not affect your application IMO.

I suppose you can raise a CSE and tell them that you have quit your current job and have switched to a new employer. You do not have to submit any documentation for this.

Hello Friend... Actually I was in Australia in 2007-08... I used to live in Melbourne, Victoria then moved to Sydney, NSW... As per CIC requirement if anyone lives or lived in Victoria, he/she has to provide Driving License History Report... But I didn't have Victorian License or I never applied for it... So I didn't include this Report along with my file... But CIC also states that if anyone never had or has Victorian License then he/she has to get in written from VicRoads (Victoria Transport Office) and I missed that line...

So on basis of this doc my file got refusal... Anyways I got this doc now so I pray to God this time my file will be passed and I get PR...
