Hello frens

Asking this for a friend, He is interested as well as eligible to apply for Express entry but need some clarification on the following:

He got married in 2009 and then separated from wife after 4 years i.e. 2013 & have one child. They are still legally married to each other bcos divorce is pending due to some reasons. In 2014, he met another girl and started live in relation and have two kids from her.

Q 1. Now if he wants to apply for Canada PR and doesn't want to include his wife and child, what are possibilities ?

Q 2. He has two kids from his live in partner and he legally adopted those kids. What are the possibilities to include those kids in his PR application ?

Q3. His live in partner is ready to put in a separate application for the PR bcos she doesn't have a legal relationship with him. Is this okay ?

I know this complicated but pls give your expert advice.

Your friend should sort out his express life first before beginning express entry to Canada
