PR application through OINP-after legal separation

Hi,

Writing to get some information. At the time of applying my OINP, I applied for my husband too (I was the main applicant). But recently our relationship got worse and we started living apart, though no documents yet. Now, I dont want tp apply for my Husbands residency. Now the questions are:

1) What should be my marital status? If legally separated, I am not able to submit any legal document.
2) I have one 5 yrs old son, who is staying with me. Do I need any consent from my husband for my son's PR application?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

I am.sorry you going through that ? I think you should see a consultant and it might delayed your application .I wish you luck and happiness .

Be encourage had the same feelings towards my husband but I wouldn't withdraw mine .
