[PR application question] Details of older EE application

Hi everyone,

I had created an Express Entry profile that was rejected. But I got an ITA from another Express Entry profile I created after the first one.
(I do not have UCI from either of the profiles yet.)

While filling the PR application, there is a question in the Personal details section - "Has applicant applied to IRCC before?" - Yes / No

Should I answer this as a Yes or No?

I feel answer should be No, as my application got rejected as an EE profile before applying for PR. Any help is appreciated.

1. The answer is NO since you didn't submit an application, only an Expression of Interest.
