A small update from my side for the people waiting for the passports from LAVO - Last night I finally got a reply back from LA VO. The mail stated that they had returned my passports with VISA and gave me the tracking number too.

Congrats DenverCo,
My ECAS status changed to Decision Made. No email from them and I checked tracking for my return envelope still nothing.
Maybe I will now soon.

I received my passport with Visa and COPR. I also received all transcripts, birth certificate, PCC....did not expect this.
I want to thank you deeply to all of you that have been supporting me through this journey. I wish the best luck hope our paths cross again.
I will land in July.. may move within 1 year....

We have the same situation and if im not mistaken your just behind me for 3 days well my friend told me wait til 2 -3 months and will be sending our MR.

my ecas status change to decision made Mar, 23rd. and i haven't got any response for my passport yet. Btw, i used UPS with prepaid envelope. Hopefully i can get it next week.

I would say one day to two weeks. I checked my status changed to Decision Made on March 30. But the actual COPR was issued on March 19. It probably depends on their worklog at the moment.
you should receive soon - Just be patience.

FBI report is valid for a year in the Visa Office while you have to send it to VO within 3 months from the date of PCC issue.
