PR applicant under PNP for the month of AUGUST 2015

Just to clarify.
I've dropped it off on Dec 21st at 12am in Vancouver BC.
Paid 18 dollars for 2 day service with Canada post-Xpress-post as per PPR requirements.
Even person at post office assured that it is guaranteed 2 day delivery.
Today on December 27th at 2am status changed to item processed at Ottawa.

CP guarantees 2 business days

If you drop it after its mail processing time (I believe its 3pm?) it will then be processed the next day. and Christmas holiday is 24-26th27th

i sent them my passport on 16 dec and delivered on 19 dec but still my return tracker is not activated yet. Anybody with same situation. Plz share your timeline.

I'm 14 august 2015 applicant. I have a question do I need to send a passport or a photocopy of it?
I'm from country that need Eta.

I think photocopy is ok,
PPR email already give you directions.

I sent our passports on Dec 23 using express and it's delivered today on Dec 28. I guess the delay is due to holidays.

If you are not from an exempted country u have to send ur passport not a pgotocopy.

I think cic was taking aprox 10 days to send back docs so maybe cause of holidays in the middle u havent got ur tracking activated but for sure this days u will.

If ur country only need ETA u nees to send oy photocopy of passport (page with photo and any page with ammendments)

And thr photos and the annex A and the return envelop

Lets cross fingers so cic keep working as fast as they were before xmas...
So all of us get passports and copr in the same average of time that were doing it....8-10days.

Btw which size was the return envelop u guys bought?
The lady at the post show me a small one and a medium i choose the medium as it didnt say the size.
Hope that was ok.

And left empty all the info in the return enevelop.

Thats how supposed to be right?

Where are you going to do the flagpoling? I am from Squamish, and the nearest border is in Surrey and Richmond.

is flagpolling ok ? or US will enter a record in there system that I entered without visa ?

I called them this morning and got the reply that its still in process and have not received my security check back from the concerned authority. ?
