I am Aug 10 applicant and I've received the golden mail this morning!

I know this may sound silly but when I read the ppr email,
it says I need to send my passport, two photographs of myself and 'Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents'
What does 'Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents' mean? I guess it is what people call as 'CoPR'?

I think you misread that. Send passport, two photographs and "One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents.", and the annex A.

I think you misread that. Send passport, two photographs and "One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents.", and the annex A.

Just a form verifying your address.

"TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH YOUR DOCUMENTS

I agree that the permanent resident visa will be affixed to my passport and dependents’ passports, if applicable.

My Permanent Resident visa and/or confirmation of permanent residence will be mailed to the below Canadian or US address."

For permanent resident card you have different requirement but at this point of time we have to submit the immigration size as we have submitted at the time of application and I think thats different

PPR letter that you will be receiving (very soon) instate the steps and req:

*passport
*2photos ( the same size as when you submitted your PR application,)
*return self-address envelope (Xpress post - Canada post only) and
*The letter attached to the PPR email for Address and info.

does size of envelope matters? as return envelope that i send was smaller than the one in which i send my passport my photos.

Aug 6 applicant here, DM on Dec 11 or 12, got ppr email this morning at 8:46 am.

I guess we couldn't go out of Canada during Christmas, but thanks god the ppr is finally here.
