PR applicant under PNP for the month of AUGUST 2015

I have DM in ECAS from last week, but agent said application is in final review, wait for correspondence from an officer, she can't see final decision (approve or reject)

Call center sometimes they dont want to say anything guaranteed the reson why is they still want to give us a big bang .. to make us surprise once we received.
Mine is DM i called my mp and told them i havent recieved any letter result from the application that makes me nervous and so happy at same time. So the executive secretary of our mp verified it same day that i sent email. And he said the day it chnage into dm which is december 11 it was application has been approved.. on the other hand ppr might takes till January 2017 or 30 days due ro holiday but for sure they want to give a suprise again so they always say approximate .if its not approve u will have a change to explain and they will send u another requirements ro comply within 30 days.

well how many days cic go on holidays...cause this year only Monday Dec 26 is holiday, as dec 25 and jan 1 are sunday

Maybe by end of month we will get PPRs (hopefully before).
so we can land starting january and finish with this process for ever and can live in peace again hahahaha

When I got DM yesterday on my ECAS I was very happy but reading some of the posts here saying that DM doesn't mean approve made me feel worried again. I just hope that the DM on my ECAS means approved!

Congrats. Thats great news. I sent mine on Dec 8 and reached Ottawa Dec 9. Return tracker is not activated yet though. Hopefully tomorrow =))

Same here. DM made on 6 december, Got PPR on december 8. Passport reached ottawa on december 9. refreshing return tracker again and again.

My file was assigned to BB01127 as well. I got my DM Dec 05 and PPR Dec 08. Im August 24 applicant. Dont worry you should here soon about yours too =)

Yah, exactly so they just wanted to give any dates just to spice things up. They know how happy we arè if we get it unexpectedly.

Hi guys, August 14 applicant here, called CIC, the agent said my file is still in progress, everything has completed, the next step is confirmation of permanent residency and then an officer will contact me for documents and instructions to send these documents, probably passport and pictures. But she doesn't know how long that'll take and the status is not DM nor is approved. Has anyone got the same answer from CIC? Any idea of what confirmation of permanent residency is?
