Yes. It took almost half hour just to listen that they can not check the status of an application cuz its still a week to complete 16 months.

I've called CIC today as it's been over 16 months for me.
Nice lady on other end told me that my case is still in process and that there was update to my aplication today by officer.
She also asked to check Mycic as it should be any day now.

I was traying to keep track too and see if there is a metodology but seems all ppr requested randomly chosen.

No traces of ppr pattern found, but at least consistent delay in JW25+ group is making me less anxious about my lack of DM/PPR.

I read in the forum that JW must means Just Wait Wait....
It must be true...
As september and october applicants getting DM and we are still anxiously waiting with JW group...
Lol :'(

I called cic today and the lady told me that my background has been checked, but no further update on my file and she sent a note to CIO center and said call us back after one month

Hi.
I am an Aug 10th applicant and today I checked ECAS and it says 'Decision Made' but my CIC webpage still shows 'Final Decision : Not Started'
Is this normal? And how long would I have to expect to receive PPR request?
My group is JW-28.

I stiill dont have decision made or ppr email.
But i read from other guys here thats after decision made only few days to get ppr email.
