Hi All - I got a "Ready for Visa" email on December 4th, 2020. I sent my and my dependents' passports over to CPCO on January 11th via Fedex, which was received on January 13th. Ever since that time, I havent heard back from IRCC. Its been over a month and we are waiting for our passports to arrive. I had provided a return label as well, as requested.
Anyone else in a similar situation or been through this in the past? What should I do? I have requested more information via webform but no response.
