PPF and Mutual Funds as Proof of Funds ??

Hi I have the required funds in my name but most of it is in the form of PPF account and Mutual Funds (both solely in my name), are these options eligible under the proof of funds category .

Stocks and bonds or alike under your name can be used in PoF

I think it should if the letter from your bank can say what amount of funds are liquid and can be withdrawn by you as of today. How old is this PPF account anyway?

I agree with your point shashank_3110

As far as PPF goes, only the withdrawable amount can be should under POF. The institution wherein your PPF account is maintained will issue you a letter describing the total and withdrawable balance.
