I went over my ATIP, I have responsible office and file# at many places but there is no field for location.

I wonder since your app is older one they might be using that at that time to identify the location of physical file in Seibal.

Anyhow, I did my weekly call to CIC today. Same status, my RQ is waiting for review by the Citizenship official.

MEC probably stands for some ministry.
