Received the ITA in last draw . Can anyone share his/her experience about how long would it take after submitting all the required documents+police certificate+medical+fees to get visa stamped?

more than 80% of applications are completed in 6 months... thats the timeline

That's a million dollar question
CIC claims to clear majority of the cases within 6 months from application submission.
As per current trends
1. A lot of CEC applicants are receiving PPR within 2 months
2. Other streams are getting their PPR in 100-120 days
But nothing is certain, would suggest you to have a timeframe of 6 months (to be realistic)
