Post greduation Work Permit

I done my 2 years of study in Canada. So I am entitled to get 3 years of work permit. But I got only 1.5 years work permit because of my passport expire in 1.5 years. But Now I have a new passport So how can I extend my Work permit ? Can I apply Online or I must have to go with offline procedure?

I don't think that you're able to renew your work permit at this moment. From my point of view, you can apply for your renewal within 3 months of your work permit expiry. If I am wrong, Please correct it seniors ;D.
