seems like the current processing time for those who applied recently based on trends in this thread is about 3 weeks

Nothing at all, not even an AOR? From what I’ve been checking, it’s taking only a couple of days to receive the AOR after submission. There’s some active cases you can compare to here https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/post-graduation-work-permit-pgwp-tracker

AOR and PGWP-ext yes , I meant more in terms of approval updates (biometric validation letter, eligibility , and approval)

from what I see those who approved in April/May are being approved in 4 weeks maximum

Inland - Paper app due to passport expiry
Sent by mail - Feb 02 2023
Linked Online - Feb 16th 2023
Eligibility started on June 13th 2023.
Approved June 14th 2023

a friend applied on Jan 28 and a friend applied on Jan 31 get approved
