Post-Biometrics India Query

Hello folks, I just had a question reg. visitor visa for my in-laws. So they finished up biometrics and we haven't gotten any updates from IRCC yet. They were given a form by VFS for Courier/SMS request form. When I logged into https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/
I see all the fields in this form. My question is around
1) What the procedure is once they receive a passport request letter
2) SMS/Courier is already filled under the Passport Submission form, who should they hand this form over to?
3) The current timeline I see is for 46 days for applications from India. Has anyone gotten their TRV's under this deadline?

Fill the consent form and 2 way courier link. Once you get a payment link, pay for it and Passport will be picked up from home, stamped and delivered back to your doorstep.

2) SMS/Courier is already filled under the Passport Submission form, who should they hand this form over to?

Add the consent form in the envelope with passport. The SMS consent form is merely to receive updates on phone.

3) The current timeline I see is for 46 days for applications from India. Has anyone gotten their TRV's under this deadline?

Some people got a decision in 5-10 days while some are waiting since September end [ on the new portal]. Some GC Key applicants are getting a decision quicker. There is no logic or process. Purely depends on your luck.
