We finished our CIC application in January. Back then I needed my college diploma, and despite searching high and low I could never find it. I could also not replace it sooner than 6 months. The best I could do was get an official letter from he office of the registrar attesting to the fact of my graduation.
Well guess what, I found my diploma the other day! Can I submit now, even though we've already applied?
